Consumers or Small Users

Individual consumers need information too.  This section is intended for individuals not associated with a business, or users anticipating requiring only a small number of searches. PBS consumers gives you access to the following services:

• Run standard package background searches on other individuals using their name, social security number and date of birth.
• Set-up and manage credit card payment information.
• View usage and background search reports.
• Print reports or store electronically as required

Businesses or Large Users

Businesses can access the information they need to make the right decisions regarding prospective employees.  You will learn about criminal history, credit history and driving history.  PBS businesses gives you access to the following services:

• Run standard package background searches on prospective employees using their name, social security number and date of birth.
• Enterprise solutions allowing you to set-up and manage multiple users in your company.
• Set-up and manage payment information on a Credit Card or other billing methods. Alternate billing requires prior PBS approval.
• View reports on background search usage by each company user to ensure compliance with your company’s policies.
• Customized accounts require approval from PBS prior to initial use.
• Create customized search programs
